Email Design System - Consumer
Automation is dramatically affecting the way we market to our customers. I was tasked with systematizing the Consumer and Business emails for the Rogers corporation. After the process was complete we stopped creating layouts altogether and shifted all content and design instruction to being contained within the copy deck. Though I miss the hands on design experience the potential to test, optimize and learn with every email deployment more than makes up for it. This process had hidden benefits too. All stakeholders had to align at a macro and micro level. Getting everyone one on the same page is no small feat.
